Tips to make your Yoga practice a success:
- Turn off all unnecessary electronic devices and choose a quiet location away from distractions
- Dress in comfortable clothes that allow movement. A yoga mat is recommended and also a yoga block if you have one. Have a light blanket or shawl to cover yourself during shavasana
- Try not to eat at least 2 hours before the session, hydrate in moderation
- Get ready 10 minutes before, take your time, perhaps light a candle or incense to create ambience
- Check your internet connection and broadcasting device (e.g. mobile, PC, iPad)
- Try not to have any preconceived notions or expectations, especially for the first session, just be
