- To participate in this experience you need to have Zoom or Messenger on your desktop or mobile device(tablet).
- We recommend use a laptop or a tablet for participate, because you can see your fitness coach better in a larger screen.
Special conditions
- The session is recommended for people aged 18 and over.
Registration conditions
- Book your fitness training at least three weeks in advance.
- Cancelation is possible five working days before.
Equipment and clothing
- Ensure you have enough space to do regular fitness exercises. You will need to stay away 2-3 meters from your device.
- For the session you have to wear comfortable clothing.
- Rubber/yoga mat is needed and it is recommended to have dumbbells and/or resistance bands.
- Drinking water for to refresh.
